Travel scholarships

We will offer a small number of partial travel scholarships to help defray the costs of attending Europic 2010. The total number of travel scholarships offered will depend upon total number of registrants for the conference, but will be at least 12. The value of the travel scholarships will be 50% of the 'earlybird' registration costs paid. Applications for travel scholarships must be by email to travel@europic2010.org and must include all the following details:

• Europic 2010 registration number
• Full name
• Affiliation
• Country
• Degrees held
• Year doctoral degree obtained
• Current academic position/Job title
• Have you attended a previous Europic meeting?

The closing date for receipt of applications for travel scholarships is the 31 ^st. July 2010.

You must register and submit an abstract to be able to apply for a travel scholarship. Applications from pre-doctoral registrants (i.e. PhD. students) will receive preferential consideration. Applications will be considered by a subset of the organising committee and successful applicants will be informed two weeks before the conference. Travel scholarships will be made by cheque in (GBP) sterling.
